Indications:

Dosage:

1 Tablet Daily, each in 200 ml water

Instructions for usage:

  • Drop one tablet in 200 ml of water
  • Wait till the effervescent tablet dissolves completely

There is a significantly less to no chance of side effects with this supplement if consumed as prescribed. However, in extremely rare cases, you may experience headache, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, itching, swelling and frequent urination if consumed above the daily recommeded dosage.

In what conditions, one should not consume this supplement?

Do not take this supplement if you have a kidney stone problem known as hyperoxaluria, if you are taking antacids or having kidney disease.
